2. Worum es geht
Seikou Synapse ist ein Organisationstool. Optional kann ein WHOOP-Konto verbunden werden, um passende Aufgaben für die Tagesform vorzuschlagen.
3. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
- Konto-Daten: E-Mail-Adresse, Anzeigename, Passwort (nur verschlüsselt gespeichert).
- Inhalte, die du selbst im Tool einträgst.
- Technische Daten: Session-Cookie für den Login (technisch notwendig), Server-Protokolle des Hosters (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite).
- Nur wenn du WHOOP verbindest: Daten zu Erholung, Schlaf und Tagesbelastung. Dies sind Gesundheitsdaten im Sinne von Art. 9 DSGVO.
4. Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage
- Bereitstellung deines Kontos und des Tools: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
- Sicherer Betrieb (Server-Protokolle, Login-Session): Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
- Verarbeitung der WHOOP-Daten für Aufgabenvorschläge: ausschließlich mit deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung, Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO i. V. m. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
5. WHOOP-Verbindung
- Die Verbindung erfolgt über die offizielle WHOOP-Schnittstelle. Dein WHOOP-Passwort sehen wir nie.
- Es werden nur die Daten abgefragt, die für den genannten Zweck nötig sind.
- WHOOP-Daten werden nicht dauerhaft gespeichert, nicht verkauft und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
- Du kannst die Verbindung jederzeit in deinem Konto trennen. Die zugehörigen Zugangsdaten und abgeleiteten Werte werden dann gelöscht.
6. Weitere optionale Verbindungen
Wenn du das Tool selbst mit weiteren Diensten verbindest, werden die dafür nötigen Inhalte an diesen Dienst übertragen. Das geschieht nur auf deine Veranlassung. Es gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen des jeweiligen Anbieters. Diese Anbieter können ihren Sitz außerhalb der EU haben.
7. Empfänger
- Hosting: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, mit Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung.
- WHOOP, Inc. (USA) als Quelle der WHOOP-Daten, wenn du die Verbindung herstellst.
8. Speicherdauer
- Konto-Daten und Inhalte: bis zur Löschung deines Kontos.
- WHOOP-Zugangsdaten und abgeleitete Werte: bis zum Trennen der Verbindung oder zur Löschung des Kontos.
- Server-Protokolle: höchstens 8 Wochen (Vorgabe des Hosters).
9. Widerruf der Einwilligung
Du kannst deine Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen, indem du die WHOOP-Verbindung in deinem Konto trennst oder eine E-Mail an sebastian.hauk@me.com schreibst.
10. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Wende dich dazu an sebastian.hauk@me.com. Du kannst dich außerdem bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren:

2. What this is about
Seikou Synapse is an organisation tool. Optionally, you can connect a WHOOP account so that the tool can suggest tasks that suit your current daily condition.
3. What data we process
- Account data: email address, display name, password (stored in encrypted form only).
- Content that you enter into the tool yourself.
- Technical data: session cookie for login (technically necessary), the hosting provider's server logs (IP address, time, page requested).
- Only if you connect WHOOP: data on recovery, sleep and daily strain. This is health data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR.
4. Purpose and legal basis
- Providing your account and the tool: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Secure operation (server logs, login session): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Processing WHOOP data for task suggestions: only with your explicit consent, Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
5. WHOOP connection
- The connection is made via the official WHOOP interface. We never see your WHOOP password.
- Only the data required for the stated purpose is requested.
- WHOOP data is not stored permanently, not sold and not passed on to third parties.
- You can disconnect at any time in your account. The associated access credentials and derived values are then deleted.
6. Other optional connections
If you connect the tool to other services yourself, the content required for this is transferred to that service. This only happens at your request. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies. These providers may be based outside the EU.
7. Recipients
- Hosting: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, under a data processing agreement.
- WHOOP, Inc. (USA) as the source of the WHOOP data, if you establish the connection.
8. Storage period
- Account data and content: until your account is deleted.
- WHOOP access credentials and derived values: until you disconnect or your account is deleted.
- Server logs: a maximum of 8 weeks (set by the hosting provider).
9. Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by disconnecting WHOOP in your account or by sending an email to sebastian.hauk@me.com.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact sebastian.hauk@me.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:
